Eric Prochaska serves as ViewPoint’s inside sales engineer and provides program management on custom-designed monitor projects. Mr. Prochaska has over 30 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, corporate-level operations, quality engineering and business development.

Prior to joining ViewPoint, Mr. Prochaska was Senior Principal Consultant at CCXOS Inc., providing product development expertise, cost estimating, process analytics, technical and proposal preparation services to firms in the defense, electronics, software development, systems integration, manufacturing, information security, and health-care information technology industries.

Mr. Prochaska’s work experience is extensive and diverse, ranging from participating in new business startups to being part of the management team that grew Manufacturing Technology, Inc. from $5M in revenue to $70M over a period of 10 years. He has served in a number of positions during his career including Design Engineer, Operations Manager, Program Manager, Business Unit Manager, Engineering Manager, and Director of Proposals and Contract Administration.

With a strong knowledge of what it takes to transition a business from the startup phase to solidifying a market base, Mr. Prochaska has been responsible for project and engineering management as well as aspects of resource allocation, budgeting, customer relationship management, procurement and organizational leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology from the University of West Florida and is a member of the Program Management Institute. Mr. Prochaska enjoys sailing and high-performance road cars.
