ViewPoint’s commitment to quality is backed by its comprehensive two-year warranty, with the option to extend coverage for up to 5 years in total. We also offer Tier 1, 2 & 3 technical support, which is provided by Viewpoint representatives who have intimate knowledge of our products.

Procedure to request Warranty Repair:

Any system requiring Warranty repair must follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Technical Support toll free at 1-888-632-1322 for troubleshooting via phone consultation;
  2. Examination of such goods by ViewPoint discloses that the nonconformity actually exists and was not caused by accident, misuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation, improper repair or improper testing;
  3. If the unit requires Warranty repair, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form must be completed. See Form Below
  4. Send the unit, with shipping charges PREPAID to:

RMA Request Form

ViewPoint will evaluate, repair or replace any warranty defects, and ship back to the customer prepaid. If an out-of-warranty condition exists, ViewPoint will notify the customer of the repair or replacement cost before proceeding. ViewPoint will ship systems via standard carrier for replacement. Any request for shipments overnight will be at customers expense. ViewPoint will not be liable for any delay or damage caused by the malfunctioning system.

  • Please provide a detailed description of fault for each product you are returning for repair.
